Before you pay
Contact bookbramomally@gmail.com to confirm the cancellation and refund terms for your chosen cohort before making a bank transfer. A refund window or guaranteed refund has not been specified on this website.
How to request a review
Email your full name, registration reference, program, transfer date and reason for the request. Do not send banking passwords or PINs. The instructor will review the payment and course circumstances and respond directly.
Duplicate or unmatched transfers
If you transferred twice, used the wrong amount or cannot match a payment to a registration, contact the instructor before transferring again. Payment details are matched against actual Moniepoint transfers.
Payment rejection
An unconfirmed payment is a registration status decision. It is not a bank refund and does not automatically mean that no transfer reached the account. Contact the instructor to reconcile the payment. No refund is processed automatically by this website.
